What is your policy on rescheduling?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or rescheduling. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable because we limit daily enrollment to ensure high-access care.
Do you accept insurance for primary care?
The Royal Treatment operates as a boutique, cash-pay concierge practice. This allows us to provide direct provider access and extended appointment times that are not restricted by traditional insurance constraints.
